The Project Budget Section in Archr offers a detailed and comprehensive view of your project's financial health. This crucial part of the platform is designed to help project managers maintain financial viability and make well-informed decisions regarding resource allocation and budget management.

One of the most critical aspects of this section is its ability to provide real-time insights into the utilization of budgeted hours. It includes:

  • Percentage of Budgeted Hours Used: This shows the proportion of the allocated hours that have been spent on the project tasks.
  • Number of Hours Used: Displays the exact number of hours that have been logged against the project.
  • Number of Available Hours: Indicates the total hours available as per the project's initial planning.

Additionally, the system is designed to alert you when you're approaching the project's hour limit. For instance, if you've used 2192.19 of 2500 available hours, Archr will notify you that you're nearing your limit. This feature is particularly useful for preventing budget overruns and ensuring that the project stays within the allocated time frame.
